Share Your Cancer Journey: National Survey Open Now

Cancer Nation (formerly the National Coalition for Cancer Survivorship) wants to hear from survivors and caregivers about your experiences with diagnosis, treatment, and life after cancer. This annual survey covers everything from side effects and financial challenges to decision-making and healthcare experiences.

Cancer Survivors Survey by Cancer Nation

The insights gathered in this 15-minute survey help elevate survivor voices and shape policies and programs that improve cancer care and survivorship. The survey closes September 19, so don’t wait to participate. We especially encourage Latino cancer survivors to participate to ensure our community’s unique experiences are represented. Latino survivors face documented disparities in treatment access, insurance coverage, and care coordination that deserve attention in research and advocacy efforts.
