The Latino Cancer Institute (TLCI) is a nationwide community and research network dedicated to solving the issues and burden of Latino cancer.
The Latino Cancer Institute is a force multiplier driving common cause to help develop and share best practices that advance cancer knowledge, quality care, and health equity. We provide invaluable opportunities to build alliances with the research community to address Latino cancer concerns. We assist by fostering connections necessary to advocate for regulations and policies that support cancer education and early intervention; improve quality, access, and affordability of cancer care to address health disparities; and diminish risk and mortality for all Latinos.
Our network enables disparate Latino groups and other stakeholders to unite their voices and have a greater impact on cancer issues, resource distribution, and policy. As a partner of the network, you can:

One of the key objectives of The Latino Cancer Institute is to better engage with scientists who research the Latino community around issues of cancer, from bench to bedside. Our alliances with global cancer research institutions also provide opportunities to network with thousands of community leaders, governmental officials, public advocates and educators dedicated to solving the burden of Latino cancer.
The Latino Cancer Institute provides a vital connection with and between researchers and research agencies.
Our mutual issues of concern include:
Connect with us, increase your knowledge through partnerships and collaborations and contribute to research projects that will lead to improvements in Latino cancer education, prevention, diagnosis, and treatment.
The Latino Cancer Institute turns a spotlight on those scientific, medical and public health researchers working to making a difference on cancer in the Latino community. We want to acknowledge their efforts, while we increase our own knowledge and awareness about the most relevant cancer findings in order to disseminate practical information where applicable.
We are open to Spotlight submissions from the cancer research community for those specifically working in U.S. Latino/Hispanic populations.
As a nonprofit organization, we rely on philanthropy and grants in our mission to support other agencies. Your funding allows us to continue the development of new programs and tools we can share with those making a difference in the lives of Latino cancer patients, survivors, and their caregivers.
