One of The Latino Cancer Institute’s core roles is to convene researchers, clinicians, advocates, survivors, and community partners around issues shaping cancer outcomes in Latino communities. Through Forums, collaborative events, and shared learning opportunities, TLCI helps translate evidence, lived experience, and policy into action.

The Latino Cancer Institute is developing a bilingual digital library designed to support the people on the front lines of health equity—community health workers, researchers, advocates, educators, and students working to address Latino cancer disparities.
The hub represents more than just a resource destination—it’s a bridge between research and the real world, between knowledge and action, and between aspiration and equity.
First Launch: Cancer Resources Asset Map. Our initial project, launching Spring 2026, connects patients, families, and healthcare providers to over 300 Latino-serving organizations nationwide, with Spanish-language services identified.
Future Plans: Latino Cancer Research & Data – Curated research, reports, and insights on Latino cancer disparities and outcomes. Toolkit Repository – Bilingual resources and training materials for community organizations, clinics, and advocates. Research Collaboration – Connecting researchers with Latino community partners for co-designing studies and events. Health Leader Profiles – Recognition and mentoring platform for students and early-career investigators.
