Make your voice heard with this Health Tech Survey. TLCI has been engaged with The Light Collective, a patient advocacy group, on developing an AI Patient Bill of Rights. 

We would appreciate getting your input about your experience with AI and health tech (apps, wearables, portals, online support groups). It takes 15 to 30 minutes. We do ask for demographic data because we want to be sure we hear from diverse groups and individuals, including Latinos.
