DESCRIPTION:The Latino Cancer Institute believes we cannot properly advise our communities if we don’t have the right data to share with them. TLCI continues to call\, not only for racial/ethnic breakdowns in all clinical trials endeavors\, but it also insists we need disaggregation of subpopulation data to know\, who in our Latino diaspora\, is not fairly represented. Less than 10% of Latinos volunteer in National Cancer Institute funded clinical trials that help find the right treatment for the right patient or group of patients.
